Because we’re an international company, we can evaluate your business no matter where you are located. Most of our clients come from North America, Asia and Latin America.

To evaluate your business, we send a member of our hand-picked “dream team” to determine what you’re currently doing so we can identify barriers to progress and create solutions that ensure you succeed.

Because this is our speciality niche, our dream-team member will typically need to be at your company only for a day or two to complete this evaluation

Research and analysis

Following the initial on-site evaluation, we may refine the make up of the dream-team membership if it will provide you with a better outcome. Your final dream team members will be dedicated just to your project. They will visit your company to undertake the in-depth research and analysis needed to reliably determine a future direction.

Because of ILARIA’s philosophy on conducting business, you can be sure you will get a practical report detailing solutions and direction for your future growth. We know you are busy and so we will never give you a two-hundred page document filled with theoretical advice that you can’t implement.

You will know upfront what your investment is because we don’t charge hourly rates.

Instead, we give you a fixed project fee (additional revenue sharing model) so you can properly budget for the extensive changes you can expect.

Of course, you also cover our costs incurred during the project. Again, you will know these before committing because most of them are predictable (hotels, travel, etc.).
